Lighten Up!

Today seems to be the beginnning of Lighten Up Iowa! So Let's Go Teams. Our bodies are God's temple and today is the day to start spiffin the place up a bit. We will feel better and look better and have more energy to start serving in some area of HIS KIDS!!!!! Today I was exercising and doing these little squat things. You had to fold your hands when you squatted down and I thought of Luke and Kacie and their "Swatti Ka!" When you read this take a minute and pray for them and their new baby on the way.
